The Elderflower
The Elderflower's Head Chef Patron Andrew Du Bourg prepares modern British food with a sprinkling of French using locally sourced produce from land and sea.

With over 23 years combined experience of working in some of the top restaurants in England and France, the husband and wife team Marjolaine and Andrew Du Bourg are realising their dream to run a unique restaurant, expressing their perception of the perfect dining experience for their guests. Their aim is to bring fun back into dining out, encompassing imaginative cooking, relaxed but efficient service in a stunning venue.

They have recently won 2 awards at the Hampshire Food and Drinks award for Best Hampshire Menu and for new comer of the year, They also have been recommended in the Michelin guide, and have just received our 2 rosettes from the AA guide.

Once called the Bluebird and originally owned by Donald Campbell's daughter Gina. (Donald Campbell was the last Briton to hold the water speed record). The Bluebird CN7 on display at the National Motor Museum in Beaulieu.
